In architettura per Superfetazione si intende quella costruzione aggiunta ad un edificio già ultimato e che in contrasto con lo stile estetico originario ne guasta l'aspetto. In letteratura è un sinonimo di pleonasmo. Di aggiunta innecessaria. Nei capitoli della serie Superfetazioni prendo in prestito tracce originali di alcuni dei miei artisti preferiti e provo ad aggiungere nuovi elementi sonori dove vi sia spazio, provo a crearne di nuovi e cerco di rivestire il tutto dando forma ad una nuova costruzione musicale. Una sorta di estensione sonora dell'esistente che prova a trasformare la traccia originale nelle fondamenta di una nuova.
Probabilmente si potrebbe definire classicamente un remix ma le tasse universitarie alla Facoltà di Architettura, all'epoca, le ho pur pagate... :-)
